I.T.E.M. produces a Super Duty Mesh tarp that will take the abuse from being deployed over debris and sharp corners time and time again. We produce replacement tarps for all the major roll up system manufacturers as well as for the do-it-yourself deploy system. We use the highest quality fabrics with maximum UV protection.
I.T.E.M. produces a tarp for every roll up system. We reinforce our tarps over and beyond the industry standards, using webbing and double layers of fabric on the extreme wear points. Our tarps and covers are far superior to the tarps that came with the system and will outlast any of the competition.
The higher quality mesh fabrics are RF weldable while the more economical mesh fabrics have to be sewn together. I.T.E.M. produces the strongest and wear resistant tarp on the market. We reinforce both ends where the tarp rubs on the dumpster with truck tarp vinyl. We also use polyester webbing (the strongest and has no stretch) in the hems and down the middle to handle the pulling of the roll up system.
Some regions require the loads to be completely covered. I.T.E.M. can add self retracting flaps that will fold in, once the are detached, on their own so the system can roll up the tarp in a neat roll. We use a bungee system which also allows the flaps to be easily secured to the dumpsters hooks for transport then easily detached for roll up.
