Radio Frequency Dielectric  Welding

Dielectric sealing uses radio frequency, (RF) to seam vinyl fabrics together. Using low frequency waves the RF instantly liquefies the vinyl at the molecular level fusing the two pieces together and creating a seam that is stronger than the fabric on either side. Dielectric Welding creates a far superior seam than any other method. It is the strongest seam, water proof and air tight.

Hot - Air Welding

Similar to Dielectric, Hot Air Welding uses heat instead of radio waves. Hot air is used to seam fabrics that are not conductive to RF. Like Polypropylene, Polyethylene which are fabrics that don't contain the proper polymers needed to conduct RF. Also the rotary type welder gives this machine the ability for a wide variety of applications not possible with the RF bar sealer.

Industrial Sewing

Sewing is used to seam all the other fabrics that aren't conductive to RF or Hot Air. Like, Cordura, Sunbrella, Acrylic, Canvas, as well as un-coated  polyesters and nylons.

Sewing is also used for most finish work and mounting hardware.
