Water and Ocean Salvage

The Open Bottom Lift Bag is an all around, general use Lifting Bag that can be designed and manufactured in a variety of shapes and lifting capabilities to meet most all recovery operations at depth. Open Bottom designs are easily filled and brought to neutral bouncy and controlled throughout the entire lifting procedure..
Closed Bottom Bags are used for both Floating and Lifting. They too can be designed and manufactured in a variety of sizes to meet the requirements of the salvage job. Generally this closed design is better suited for shallow water recovery and floating operations. This design can be easily fitted with a wide range of hardware accessories and values to meet your specifications.

about having your Products made by I.T.E.M. Inc.

Open Bottom Lift Bags

I.T.E.M. uses different coated fabrics depending on the requirements and the conditions of the salvage. All the industrial air tight coated fabrics we use, are RF Dielectric Welded. This ensures durability in harsh conditions and long life for many salvage jobs. All of our straps are either coated and welded to the bag or sewn to fabric that is then welded to the bag.

Closed Bottom Floats / Lift Bags

I.T.E.M. custom manufactures products specifically for the industry and the customer's requirements of the job.
I.T.E.M. will custom design and manufacture the harness lifting system required for the salvage operation. While there are many general use rigging systems readily available and work well for most salvage jobs, I.T.E.M. can design salvage rigging to meet the demands and specifications needed for a specific job.

Water Salvage Lifting Slings, Yokes,  and Rigging

I.T.E.M. uses mostly Polyester, Polypropylene and Spectra to fabricate water salvage rigging. As well Stainless Steel and Heavy Galvanized Steel hardware.
